Refunds and Cancellation

This policy covers the services SPRK Integrations LLC provides to business clients. If anything here differs from your signed service agreement, the agreement controls.

Setup fee

• If we don't get your system live and working, we refund your setup fee in full.
• Once your system is live, the setup fee is non-refundable.
• Text message registration timelines are set by the carriers and are outside our control.
• To request a refund, email or call us using the contact details below. We send approved refunds to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Monthly service

• Monthly billing starts only once your system is live.
• Service is month to month, with no long-term contract.
• You can cancel anytime with 15 days' written notice. Email is fine.
• You're billed through the end of the notice period. We don't refund or credit partial months.
• When service ends, we stop the services and turn off or hand back the systems. Your accounts, data and content stay yours.

If a charge looks wrong, contact us first and we'll sort it out quickly.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. All fees are billed in US dollars.
